My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. I loved the spacious property and the quiet area, but the dated condition of the facilities and poor beach maintenance were disappointing. The pricing is certainly budget-friendly, but it reflects the overall experience, especially with the breakfast being less than satisfactory.

Rooms

The rooms were large but quite old, needing upgrades. While I appreciated the space, the presence of pests was definitely a downside.
Service

The service had its moments, especially at the spa where they clearly need more staff during peak times.

The resort is in a pretty area of the island, but it's a bit isolated with not many nearby options.

Breakfast was a letdown with cold food and limited options. I opted out of it after the first day.

The amenities like the pool were decent, but the lounge chairs were in a poor state.

We had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and delicious food. The resort offers a relaxing environment perfect for families, but the rooms are showing their age and need attention. While the swimming pool and beach were enjoyable, the breakfast could use significant improvements. Overall, it's a nice and affordable option, but there's room for upgrades.

Rooms

The rooms were big and spacious, but they needed major maintenance. Some fittings were damaged, and we encountered a few pest issues that could definitely be improved.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although there were some misunderstandings regarding our breakfast arrangements.
Location

The resort is situated on the north coast of Labuan, with a beautiful private beach and great views, although it's a bit far from the ferry.
Dining
5.0
The food was overall tasty, but the breakfast buffet was disappointing due to cold food and limited options. However, I enjoyed the kolo mee and double beef burger.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area is large and the grounds are well-maintained, but the lounge chairs and cabanas need to be replaced or cleaned.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the property is spacious and located in a quiet area, perfect for a getaway. On the other hand, the hotel is showing its age with outdated furniture and numerous maintenance issues. The dining options, particularly breakfast, could use significant improvement, which left a bad taste. Overall, it feels like there's potential here, but many upgrades are necessary to truly enhance the experience.

The breakfast was notably bad; the food was cold and ran out quickly, making for a disappointing start to the day.

My stay at the resort was a mixed experience. The beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, but the location was quite far from Labuan City, and dining options within the resort were limited and pricey. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the property itself could use a significant upgrade. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking to escape the city and unwind, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms

Service was limited, especially at the spa, where the hours are quite short and staff seemed overwhelmed.
Location

The resort is tucked away far from Labuan City, making it a peaceful retreat, but you’ll need transport options to get around.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were reasonable but a bit expensive, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing with cold food and limited variety.
Facilities

The facilities are in need of major repairs; the pool area was crowded and the lounge chairs were quite old and uninviting.

The hotel is a nice getaway with a private beach and a variety of dining options. The food was excellent and the sunset views from the beach bar were breathtaking. However, the location is quite far from the city, which can make getting around a bit challenging. Also, some facilities need a major upgrade for a more comfortable experience.
